Pilates

Yoga

Reformer Pilates
Take your Pilates practice to the next level with our state-of-the-art Reformer. The Reformer utilises springs and a moving carriage to provide adjustable resistance, allowing for a diverse and challenging workout that targets every muscle group. It’s an incredible way to build lean muscle, enhance core strength, improve flexibility, and refine posture with unparalleled precision.

Footwear: Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety on the Reformer. No barefoot training is allowed. If you forget yours don’t worry, grip socks can be purchased at SALT.
Clothing: Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that won't get caught in the machine and allows your instructor to see your alignment.

Spin
Ready to burn serious calories and push your cardiovascular endurance without the impact? Our Spin classes deliver high-intensity, low-impact training that will leave you energised and stronger. Spin is led by dynamic coaches and set to incredible playlists.

Crossfit®
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. It's designed to prepare you for any physical task, whether you're lifting heavy or carrying groceries. We train you to be competent across 10 general physical skills; cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Hyrox
HYROX is the global fitness race designed for everybody, combining 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations. This discipline helps build a perfect balance of endurance, strength, and metabolic conditioning.
