  • Mat: Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat. Mats can be hired if you forget yours or you’re visiting St Andrews.

  • Clothing: Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for a full range of movement.

  • Footwear: You'll typically go barefoot for optimal grip and feel, or you can wear yoga socks.

  • Essentials: Don't forget your water bottle.
