Jana Grieg
Jana has been teaching Yoga for five years and views the ancient practice as a way of life, focusing on philosophy, movement, and a deep connection to self. She aims to inspire others to connect to themselves, believing that "Yoga is medicine". Her favorite style is slow flow, allowing students to feel and nourish their bodies with movement. A career highlight is knowing she has helped many people release and open up. An interesting conversation starter - Jana once unknowingly did a sauna/sea experience with actor Tom Holland!

Joe Anderson
Joe has been teaching Yoga since 2018, having earned a scholarship for his training after finding yoga to be a refuge during his intense PhD studies. He was motivated to teach by the sense of freedom, calm, and self-acceptance he found on the mat. Joe loves to teach a balance of power yoga (fast and dynamic) and yin yoga (relaxed and slow for restoration and chronic pain relief). A highlight has been organising and teaching yoga retreats, seeing clients leave stress-free and building communities of like minded people. He has a two-year-old cocker spaniel named Banana, named for her nature!

Sarah Egan-Frazer
Sarah began teaching after five years of practice helped her build her own resilience and wellbeing. She views Vinyasa as a creative storytelling practice, where each flow is designed to feel like a journey rather than just a set of poses. Sarah specialises in building sequences that gradually develop confidence and strength, and she has a particular interest in guiding new students through arm balances—movements that often seem impossible at first! Sara completed her 3-week teacher training in India, immersing herself in daily meditation and philosophy.
