CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement. It's designed to prepare you for any physical task, whether you're lifting heavy or carrying groceries. We train you to be competent across 10 general physical skills; cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
