What You Need:
Footwear: Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety on the Reformer. No barefoot training is allowed. If you forget yours don’t worry, grip socks can be purchased at SALT.
Clothing: Wear comfortable, form-fitting work out clothing that won't get caught in the machine and allows your instructor to see your alignment.
Essentials: Remember to bring your water bottle.
Mat Pilates

What You Need:
Mat: Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat. Mats can be hired if you forget yours or you’re visiting St Andrews.
Clothing: Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for a full range of movement and for the Coach to see your form.
Footwear: You can go barefoot or wear grip socks for stability.
