Scott Millar
Scott transitioned from a career in logistics to coaching in 2017, seeking a path that offered more satisfaction and joy. He specialises in group classes and 1-on-1 training, focusing on strength, mobility, and fat loss. Seeing his clients progress in their fitness journey through personal training; whether that’s strength or mobility improvements is always a huge achievement for Scott and his favorite sessions to lead are boxing classes for their mix of fitness and tension release. In his spare time he has started climbing Munros but managed to get completely lost on his very first solo "beginner" climb!

Anne-Marie Lafferty
Ann-Marie has been teaching spin for 13 years across the USA, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK. She is passionate about rhythmic, high-energy rides that use music and movement to build a sense of community. Also a CrossFit Level 1 coach, her favorite movements range from explosive burpee box-overs to a good "hover" on the bike. She loves seeing riders leave her class feeling stronger and uplifted. Ann-Marie is also a private Pilot and was the first Scottish Woman to be awarded an RAF Flying Scholarship!
